Every software is about to solve some problems in earth. Okay let me talk little fairy tale about silver bullet. In ancient times hunters said that if they are hunting male wolf they must use silver bullet otherwise it won't die surely. Then in nowadays silver bullet means perfect solution. So in technology silver bullet is a perfect solution that can maybe made with program. But there isn't any perfect thing in the world.
